Beeswax Candle Venus of Willendorf Shaped Fertility Goddess in White

This beautiful goddess candle is modeled after the famous Venus of Willendorf fertility figure found in Austria in 1908. The original is believed to be about 27,000 years old and is a fertility idol or mother Goddess.

She stands 6 1/4″ tall and about 3″ across at the widest point. Somewhat rustic finish, reflecting the age and style of the original. She really is a nice sized, substantial candle, and makes a great gift!

Made of pure domestically-sourced white beeswax and all-cotton wick. The bleaching method to obtain our White Beeswax is NOT chemical, but it is a PHYSICAL method. The natural beeswax is warmed up to 100 °C and melted. Decoloration earth and coal (carbon) are added then it is filtered through a < 5 micron filter for a few times to obtain the total elimination of the coal particles. The end result is a nice white product that is still pure and chemical-free.
