We start with our raw unfiltered honey and age it for 60 days in freshly emptied bourbon barrels, giving our honey a smooth and delicate smoky, fruity flavor.  This is truly a next-level gourmet product and makes a great gift.  Try it drizzled over aged cheeses for a knockout party platter!
