Return & Refund Policy

At Wild Bee Honey Farm, we take pride in the quality of our natural products. Because our items range from perishable food to handcrafted home goods, we have specific guidelines for returns:

1. Honey and Food Products

Due to the nature of food products and for the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns on honey or other food items. * If your honey arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will happily send a replacement or issue a full refund.

2. Candles and Non-Food Products

We accept returns on unused, unopened candles and other non-food items within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Condition: Items must be in their original, saleable condition and packaging.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
• Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
